Growth Engine Solutions provides the following services, as agreed upon in writing or via a service proposal:

| GBP Setup & Optimization | Creation or claiming of Google Business Profile, completion of business information, category selection, photo upload, review management guidance, and Q&A setup. |
The specific scope of services for each engagement will be confirmed in a written service proposal. Any services not listed in the agreed scope are not included and may be quoted separately.

We commit to applying industry best practices, transparent reporting, and our best professional effort to improve your online visibility. Any performance targets discussed are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.
| Fees | Service fees will be as set out in the agreed service proposal. We reserve the right to revise our fees with 30 days’ written notice. |
| Payment Terms | Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date. |
| Late Payment | Invoices not paid within the due date may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances. |
| Refunds | Fees paid for work already commenced are non-refundable. |
| Term | These Terms apply for the duration of any active service engagement between the parties. |
| By Client | You may terminate services by providing 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable. |
| By Us | We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that could harm our reputation. |
| Upon Termination | We will provide a summary of work completed and remove our access to your platforms within 7 business days. |
| Your Content | All content and materials you provide remain your property. You grant us a limited license to use them solely for delivering the agreed services. |
| Our Deliverables | Upon full payment of all applicable fees, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you (reports, optimized content, GBP assets) transfers to you. |
| Our Methods | Our proprietary processes, templates, frameworks, and methodologies remain our intellectual property at all times. |
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in the course of the engagement, including business strategies, pricing, client lists, and login credentials. This obligation survives termination for a period of 2 years.
We will not disclose your login credentials or platform access to any unauthorized party and will handle all access in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe, in good faith, that your instructions would require us to act unethically or in violation of Google’s guidelines or applicable law.
Our services are delivered in compliance with Google’s Terms of Service and guidelines. You acknowledge that:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
